It's been a bit slow due to weather, but we're making progress. After the trusses were up we started the fascia board 2"x 6" then the drip edge
We purchased our metal roofing from Versaframe, excellent service i might add😀
Took week to finish and turned out well. We used Resisto Plus as the underlay.
Now we'll begin to back fill, level and compact to the black line and start the plumbing
😀😀😀
Cute
A picture can say so much 😉

Start laying out the required fittings |
Better get these in the right place cause once their in and the concrete is poured that's it. |
Moving the kitchen drainage closer to the wall as it would have been in way while building the wall. |
Assuming the position, LOL |
Paul, hi!
ReplyDelete1. Can you send photos or explain by hand how you fixed the windows? I noticed from the photos that there is not just a frame. Is there some kind of insulation around the frame?
2. And tell me how you live in it? What are the feelings? Is it warm? Not damp?
3. What was the final cost of the house when you moved into it?
4. Have you covered the walls from the outside with anything?
5. Can you write a list of small but important nuances that would help a novice builder? (who wants to build the same house)
6. What would you change now if you were building a second house?
7. What is the thickness of the wall? What is the thickness of the insulation?
8. What is the density of the insulation?
